# Accessing Customer Messages

You can access all your customer's message via the **CRM** tab of any customer's account on the Admin Panel.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Operations > Members and contacts**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/coworkers).
3. Click on the relevant customer record.
4. Click on **CRM > Messages**.

You can easily see which messages were synced through the email account by clicking on any message and checking the **Email account** field.
