Activating Additional Languages

Article Summary

Your Members Portal is available in a number of languages by default, but the following ones must be activated before they become available to your customers:

  • Arabic
  • Hebrew
  • Japanese
  • Dutch
  • Norwegian
  • Polish
  • Swedish

You can activate one or more of these languages in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

  1. Log in to if you aren't already.

  2. Click Settings > Languages.

  3. Click on Add language.

  4. Add the language you want to activate in the Name field.

  5. Add the corresponding language Culture ISO code.

Language codes

Arabic - ar
Hebrew - he
Japanese - ja
Dutch - nl
Norwegian - no
Polish - pl
Swedish - sv

  1. Toggle on Active to activate your language.

  2. Click the Save Changes button.

The selected language is active and customers can now select it from your Members Portal footer.
