    Equipment can be included in any document template to generate documents that include asset data. The mergefields dedicated to equipment can be found under the Assets folder of the Document Template Editor.

    Equipment Merge Fields

    The table below breaks down the different merge fields available for equipment.

    Merge Field NameField Details
    AssignedFromDate and time when the equipment was assigned to the customer.
    AssignedToDate and time when the assigned equipment is expected to return to the inventory.
    BusinessIdLocation number.
    CoworkerBillingNameCustomer's billing / trading name.
    CoworkerCompanyNameCustomer's company name.
    CoworkerCoworkerTypeType of customer record (company or individual).
    CoworkerFullNameCustomer's name.
    CoworkerIdCustomer's ID number in Nexudus.
    CoworkerTeamNamesName of the customer's team.
    CreatedOnDate and time when the equipment was created in Nexudus.
    IdID of the record that was created when the asset was assigned to the customer.
    InventoryAssetIdAsset ID number in Nexudus.
    InventoryAssetSKUSKU of the equipment.
    InventoryAssetNameName of the equipment.
    InventoryAssetUniqueIdGlobal unique ID for the equipment's record.
    InventoryAssetValueValue of the equipment.
    IsNewAlways FALSE for equipment.
    LocalizationDetailsEmpty field.
    NotesText added to the Notes field of the assigned equipment.
    SystemIdId of the equipment's record in Nexudus. Developer use only.
    ToStringTextObject's string (name of the equipment).
    UniqueIdGlobal unique ID of the record created when the equipment was added to the Inventory.
    UpdatedByEmail address of the admin who made the last update on the equipment's record.
    UpdatedOnDate and time of the last update made to the equipment's record.
