# Adding Equipment to Document Templates

{{variable.Assets_CAP}} can be included in any document template to generate {{variable.documents}} that include {{variable.asset}} data. The {{variable.mergefields}} dedicated to {{variable.assets}} are available under the **Assets** folder on the **Document Template Editor**.

## {{variable.Assets_CAP}} {{variable.MergeFields_CAPS}}
The table below breaks down the different {{variable.mergefields}} available for {{variable.assets}}. 

| **Merge Field Name** | **Field Details** |
| --- | --- |
| **AssignedFrom**| Date and time when the {{variable.asset}} was assigned to the {{variable.customer}}.|
| **AssignedTo** | Date and time when the assigned {{variable.asset}} is expected to return to the inventory.|
| **BusinessId** | {{variable.Location_CAP}} number. |
| **CoworkerBillingName** | Customer's billing / trading name. |
| **CoworkerCompanyName** | Customer's company name. |
| **CoworkerCoworkerType** | Type of {{variable.customer}} record (company or individual). |
|**CoworkerFullName**| Customer's name. |
|**CoworkerId** | Customer's ID number in {{variable.Nexudus}}. |
| **CoworkerTeamNames** | Name of the {{variable.customer}}'s team. |
| **CreatedOn** | Date and time when the {{variable.asset}} was created in {{variable.Nexudus}}. |
|**Custom Fields**| Fields you create in addition to the default fields available in {{variable.Nexudus}}.|
| **Id** | ID of the record that was created when the asset was assigned to the {{variable.customer}}. |
| **InventoryAssetId** | Asset ID number in {{variable.Nexudus}}.|
| **InventoryAssetSKU** |SKU of the {{variable.asset}}. |
| **InventoryAssetName** | Name of the {{variable.asset}}. |
|**InventoryAssetUniqueId**| Global unique ID for the {{variable.asset}}'s record. |
|**InventoryAssetValue**| Value of the {{variable.asset}}. |
| **IsNew** | Always FALSE for {{variable.assets}}. |
| **LocalizationDetails** | Empty field. |
|**Notes** | Text added to the *Notes* field of the assigned {{variable.asset}}.|
| **SystemId** | Id of the {{variable.asset}}'s record in {{variable.Nexudus}}. *Developer use only*.  |
| **ToStringText** | Object's string (name of the {{variable.asset}}). |
| **UniqueId**| Global unique ID of the record created when the {{variable.asset}} was added to the Inventory. |
| **UpdatedBy** | Email address of the admin who made the last update on the {{variable.asset}}'s record.|
| **UpdatedOn** | Date and time of the last update made to the {{variable.asset}}'s record.|
