Adding Deliveries Using NexDelivery

NexDelivery is a quick and easy way to process customer deliveries and have them notified via email. You can process one or multiple packages addressed to the same customer via the app.
Adding a Delivery
Adding a single delivery is the best option if you only have one package to process per customer.
Open the NexDelivery app on your device.
Select your space from the locations list.
Tap the Add Delivery button.
Point your device's camera at the parcel label.
NexDelivery automatically recognises delivery labels and scans them.Tap the Accept icon in the bottom right of the screen.
If the customer isn't automatically recognized from the label by NexDelivery, assign it to a customer by typing their name in the search bar.
Make sure your search is open to all customers by tapping the user icon.
If you don't use a delivery label printer for collection, tap Upload.
If you use a delivery label printer for collection, tap Upload & Print.
- Tap the Done button on the confirmation screen.
You've successfully added your delivery. You can access and edit any of the deliveries via Operations > Deliveries on the Admin Panel. Your customer also received an email notification letting them know they have a delivery waiting for them.
Adding Multiple Deliveries
NexDelivery also lets you process multiple deliveries addressed to the same customer at once.
Open the NexDelivery app on your device.
Select your space from the locations list.
Tap the Add Delivery button.
Point your device's camera at the parcel label.
NexDelivery automatically recognizes delivery labels and scans them.
Tap the Add Package button.
Repeat the process of pointing the device camera to the delivery label and tapping the Add Package button until you've scanned all the deliveries.
Tap the Accept icon in the bottom right of the screen.
If the customer isn't automatically recognized from the label by NexDelivery, manually assign it to a customer.
Make sure your search is open to all customers by tapping the user icon.
If you don't use a delivery label printer for collection, tap Upload.
If you use a delivery label printer for collection, tap Upload & Print.
