Adding Referral Discounts

You add referral discounts similarly to discount codes via the Finance section of the Admin Panel.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Finance > Discount Codes.

  3. Click Add discount code.

  4. Add a code for your referral discount.

  5. Select a location under Available at.

  6. Add a short Description of the referral discount.

This description is shown when the customer clicks on the referral discount banner.


  1. Enable the This is discount is active toggle.

  2. Enable the This is a referral discount toggle.

  3. Define the Discount amount.

  4. Click on the Discounted items tab and define which sales items can be discounted.

  5. Click on the Available dates and define when the discount is valid.

  6. Click on the Use limits tab and define how many times the discount can be used.

  7. Click the Save Changes button.

You've successfully added the referral discount. Customers with access to the Members Portal will be able to see and use the referral discount banner.
