Adding Survey Questions

You can add questions to any new or existing survey on the Admin Panel. Before adding survey questions, you need to understand the different types of question available in Nexudus.
Survey Questions Types
Date
Select this question type if you want customers to provide a date to answer your question. Customers can answer the question by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the relevant date from the pop-up calendar.
File
Select this question type if you want customers to upload a file to answer the question. Customers can answer by uploading any type of file under 5MB.
For example, if you only want PDF files, add that specification in the question or its description.
Long text
Select this question type if you want customers to provide a longer answer to your question. Customers don't have a character limit and can structure their answer in paragraphs.
Options menu
Select this question type if you want customers to answer by selecting one or more options you've defined. You define the options in the list by typing each answer and pressing the Enter key.
You can also enable the toggle below to let customers select multiple answers from the list.
Customers can answer the question by selecting one or several options within the list.
Text
Select this question type if you want customers to provide a short answer to your question. Customers won't have a character limit, but their answer must fit in one line.
Yes/No
Select this question type if you want customers to answer the question with Yes or No questions. Customers can only select Yes or No from the drop-down list.
Text and Long Text Questions
Text and Long Text questions help you get qualitative answers to questions such as What do you like most about our space? or How could we improve our services?
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Community > Surveys.
Click on the relevant survey.
Click on the Questions tab.
Click Add question.
Add your Question.
Add a short explanation for the question in the Description field.
If you don't want to include any content there, just press the space bar on your keyboard once.
Enable the Active toggle.
Select Text or Long Text under Question Type.
Click the Save Changes button.
Yes/No and Date Questions
Yes/No and Date questions help you get quantitative answers to questions such as Are you happy with our customer service? or When do you plan on coming back to the space full-time?
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Community > Surveys.
Click on the relevant survey.
Click on the Questions tab.
Click Add question.
Add your Question.
Add a short explanation for the question in the Description field.
If you don't want to include any content there, just press the space bar on your keyboard once.
Enable the Active toggle.
Select Yes/No or Date under Question type.
Click the Save Changes button.
Options Menu Questions
Options menu questions help you get answers to questions such as How did you hear about our space? or What are your top 3 priorities when booking with us?
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Community > Surveys.
Click on the relevant survey.
Click on the Questions tab.
Click Add question.
Add your Question.
Add a short explanation for the question in the Description field.
If you don't want to include any content there, just press the space bar on your keyboard once.
Enable the Active toggle.
Select Options menu under Question type.
Add your Available options, pressing Enter after each option.
Enable the Let users select more than one option toggle if you want to let customers choose more than one option.
Click the Save Changes button.
Repeat the process for every other question you want to add to your survey. Once you're happy with your survey question, you can send your survey to customers.
