Adding Task Lists to CRM Boards

Task lists can be added to any CRM stage. Using task lists along with message macros is useful in scenarios such as late stages of sales pipelines.

For example, an opportunity accepted a proposal and is now a member. You can include a task list in the last stage of the relevant CRM board to partially automate their onboarding.

You need to create the task list and add tasks to it before adding it to a CRM stage.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the relevant CRM board's name.

  3. Click on the CRM stage that you want to edit.

  4. Scroll down to the Auto actions section and select the relevant task list from the Start task list for opportunities added to this stage drop-down list.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.


Repeat the process for every CRM stage that needs a task list.
