# Archiving CRM Boards

You can easily archive CRM boards you no longer use. Archiving CRM boards hides them in all Admin Panel listings without [deleting](/v3/docs/deleting-crm-boards) the records.

          Archiving CRM boards with opportunities tagged as *In progress* automatically marks them as *Lost*.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**CRM > CRM Boards**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/crmBoards).
3. Click on **Select** at the bottom of every CRM board you'd like to archive.
4. Click on **Archive xx record(s)** in the *Bulk actions* menu.
5. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

All done! The selected CRM boards are now archived. You can [restore them](/v3/docs/restoring-crm-boards) in a few clicks, should you ever need them again.

While they are hidden in all listing, you can still find your archived CRM boards using **Views** menu.
