# Archiving Products

You can easily hide {{variable.products}} you no longer use with the archive function. You can remove the {{variable.product}} from your main inventory screen while retaining the {{variable.product}} itself for record-keeping and analytics purposes.

3. {{variable.SELECT}} the {{variable.products}} you want to archive.

All set! You've successfully archived the selected {{variable.products}}. 

You can easily view archived {{variable.products}} by clicking on the **{{glossary.views menu}}** and selecting **Archived {{variable.products}}**. 

To restore archived {{variable.products}}, simply select every {{variable.product}} you want to restore and click *Restore xx record(s)* in the **Bulk actions** menu.
