# Assigning Default Plans to Teams

You can easily assign a default plan to teams and automatically create a contract based on that plan whenever a new customer joins the team.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Operations > Teams**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/teams)
3. Click on the relevant team.
4. Select the **Default plan** you want to assign to the team.
5. Click the **Save Changes** button.

All done! You now can use this default plan to create a contract for any new or existing customer joining the team.
