# Bookings Reports

## Booking Credit

This report includes the current credit balance of all customers alongside the plan linked to the credit and its expiration date, if any is available.

## Bookings By Member

This report includes all the bookings made by the customer with details such as:

- the resources booked
- booking times
- whether or not the bookings were invoiced
- whether or not the bookings were paid

## Bookings By Month

This report includes a bar chart of all your resource bookings by month.

## Bookings By Resource

This report includes all the bookings recorded for each of your resources.

## Bookings By Team

This report includes all the bookings recorded for each of your teams.

## Bookings list

This report includes a comprehensive list of all bookings recorded for all your resources.

## Cancelled Bookings

This report includes a list of all cancelled bookings over the selected time period.

          This report can only show bookings cancelled from April 2025.

          

## Cancelled Bookings By Month

This report includes a bar chart of cancelled bookings month by month over the selected time period. It is designed to show the volume of cancellations and their reason. It doesn't include any data on the resources or customers linked to the cancellation.

          This report can only show bookings cancelled from April 2025.

          

## Cancelled Bookings By Reason

This report includes a list of cancelled bookings grouped by cancellation reason over the selected time period.

          This report can only show bookings cancelled from April 2025.

          

## Cancelled Bookings By Resource

This report includes a list of cancelled bookings grouped by resource over the selected time period.

          This report can only show bookings cancelled from April 2025.

          

## Cancelled Bookings By Team

This report includes a list of cancelled bookings grouped by team over the selected time period. If the booking was cancelled by a customer without a team, the **Team** column is empty.

          This report can only show bookings cancelled from April 2025.

          

## Room Bookings (room per page)

This report includes a list of booking per resource.

## Today's Bookings

This report includes a list of all the bookings recorded for the current day.

## Today's Bookings by Resource

This report includes a list of all the bookings recorded for the current day organized by resources.
