# Brivo

## What is {{variable.Brivo}}?
{{variable.Brivo}} is an access control system that automates access to your building and the different areas within your space. Brivo groups let you define who gets access to which area and when they can access your space.

## How the {{variable.Brivo}} Integration Works
Once you've integrated {{variable.Brivo}}, your customers can unlock doors based on the access groups attached to their purchases, plans, and bookings.

Customers can unlock {{variable.Brivo}} doors using smart access cards or the Brivo Pass app, depending on your space's door reader setup. They can also use the white-label Passport app to unlock Brivo doors.

## FAQ
### Is {{variable.Brivo}} Magic Button available with this integration?
Yes, as long as you use Brivo's own readers. If you use any third-party readers that are then connected to Brivo, your customer won't be able to use the Magic Button feature. They'll still be able to unlock doors using either apps, but they'll need to manually select the door they want to unlock on the app.
