# Calendar View

{{variable.Customers_CAP}} can book from the **Calendar** view if they want to see an overview of which {{variable.resources}} are available at a specific time.

2. {{variable.SELECT}} a {{variable.resource}} kind from the **Bookings** drop-down menu. 

:::(Info) (You define {{variable.resource}} kinds in each {{variable.resource}}'s settings. )
If your space doesn’t offer a specific kind of {{variable.resource}}, it won’t be available in the navigation.

3. {{variable.SELECT}} a **date** and **time** under **Book from/until**. 
4. {{variable.SELECT}} the **Calendar** option from the **View** drop-down menu. 
5. {{variable.SELECT}} whether you'd like to view by **Day**, **Week**, or **Month**. 
6. {{variable.CLICK}} on the calendar to select the date and time you'd like to book. 
:::(Info) (You can use the <u>click and drag</u> feature to select your time. )

7. Click **Book now**. 

*You'll be redirected to the booking details page.*

8. {{variable.SELECT}} a {{variable.item}} or keep the auto-assigned one. 
:::(Info) (You can select a {{variable.item}} from the drop-down menu or the floor plan.)

9. Add the **Full name** and **Email address** of any guests you'd like to invite. 
10. {{variable.SELECT}} any additional {{variable.products}} you'd like to add. 
11. Enter any booking notes you'd like to add. 
12. Add your **payment details** if necessary. 

:::(Warning) (You'll only need to add payment details here if: )
* you're using guest checkout
* upfront payments for {{variable.bookings}} are enabled

If you plan to add more items to your cart, you can wait to add your payment details until you're ready to check out.
