# Calling with NexIO

You can allow calls via NexIO in the following scenarios:

- [**Pre-registered visitors trying to contact their host**](/v3/docs/calling-with-nexio#calling-hosts-as-a-visitors)
- [**Delivery drivers trying to contact the recipient or reception**](/v3/docs/calling-with-nexio#calling-delivery-recipients)

Calls via NexIO are supported in the following countries:

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States

This feature is available to Nexudus customers at no additional cost via an integration developed with [Twillio](https://www.twilio.com/).

You need to enable this option prior to Admin Panel before you can start using it.

## Calling delivery recipients

Delivery drivers can call any existing customer if they have their name and the customer has a mobile number on record in Nexudus.

## Calling hosts as a visitors

[Pre-registered visitors](/v3/docs/visitors) can call their host as they check in to your space. All they need is their visitor PIN. Their host must also be a customer with a mobile number on record in Nexudus.
