# Cancelling Event Tickets as an Admin

You can easily cancel event tickets in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

You can cancel event tickets individually or [in bulk](/v3/docs/cancelling-event-tickets-as-an-admin#cancelling-tickets-in-bulk).

## Cancelling Tickets Individually

You can cancel an event ticket in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Go to [**Operations > Members and contacts**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/coworkers).
3. Click on the customer who purchased the ticket.
4. Click **Sales > Event tickets**.
5. Click the three dots icon next to the ticket you'd like to cancel.
6. Select **Cancel ticket**.
7. Select a **Cancellation reason**.
8. Click **Cancel ticket**.

All set! The event ticket has been cancelled.

The customer will receive an email letting them know their ticket has been cancelled. They'll also receive a refund for the price of the ticket.

## Cancelling Tickets in Bulk

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Go to [**Community > Events list**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/content/calendarEvents)
3. Click on the relevant event.
4. Click **Attendees**.
5. Select the tickets you'd like to cancel.
6. Click on the *Bulk actions* menu.
7. Select **Cancel ticket**.
8. Select a **Cancellation reason**.
9. Select **Cancel ticket**.

All set! The event tickets have been cancelled.
