# Cancelling Plans on Members Portal 5

{{variable.Customers_CAP}} can cancel their plans from the **Account** section of the {{variable.MembersPortal}}. 

:::(Warning) (You can manage {{variable.plan}} cancellation policies from the **Limits** tab of each {{variable.plan}} record on the {{variable.AdminPanel}}.)

2. Open the drop-down menu next to your icon. 
3. {{variable.SELECT}} **My plan**.
4. {{variable.CLICK}} **Cancel plan**. 
5. {{variable.SELECT}} a **Cancellation reason**.
6. {{variable.ADD}} any **Additional notes**.
7. {{variable.SELECT}} your **Cancellation date**.
8. {{variable.CLICK}} **Cancel plan**.

All set! The {{variable.customer}}'s {{variable.contract}} will be cancelled on the selected date.
