# Cancelling Virtual Office Subscriptions

If you're considering cancelling, we'd love a chance to talk with you first!

Sometimes plans change, and you may find yourself needing to cancel your virtual office subscription. While we’re sorry to see you go, we made sure the process is straightforward and transparent.

Virtual office subscription charges **aren't prorated** when you cancel. If your current month's subscription has already started, you'll be charged for the full month.

You need to [cancel](/v3/docs/canceling-contracts) any active virtual office contracts before you can cancel your virtual office subscription.

This includes contracts that are **paused** or **frozen**.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Your Nexudus Subscription**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/0/1/0).
3. Under **Account tier and subscriptions**, click on the **Add-on subscriptions** tab.
4. Click on **Cancel subscription**.
