Changing Account Owner


Article Summary

Each location in Nexudus has one account owner. This account owner is defined when you first open a location with us. As the owner of a location you can easily transfer that account ownership to any other full unrestricted admin.

The new account owner must be a full unrestricted admin.

If they don't have an admin account yet, add them as a full unrestricted admin.

The current account owner is the only admin who can change ownership of the selected location.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Tick the checkbox next to the full unrestricted admin who should become the new account owner for that location.
  3. Click on Set as account owner in the Bulk actions menu.
Option is greyed out in the menu?

You can only have one account owner per location and you've selected multiple full unrestricted admin. Untick the checkbox next to the admins selected by accident.

  1. Click Yes, do it to confirm.


All set! The selected full unrestricted admin needs to accept the Nexudus terms of service next time they log in to effectively become the new owner of that location.
