# Churn Reports

What churn means in reports?

          

Any customer who had any type of contract in the previous month and doesn't have that contract anymore in the following month.

## Churn - Contracts - Chart

This report includes a line chart of your churn rate per month over the selected time period.

This report gives **useful insights** into the evolution of your churn rate **over longer time periods** (6 months or more).

## Churn - Contracts - Monthly & Churn - Contracts - Quarterly

This report includes the following data per month over the selected time period:

- Number of contract cancellations each month or quarter
- Number of of contract renewals each month or quarter
- Number of contract sign-ups each month or quarter
- Total number of active contracts at the start of each month or quarter
- Churn rate each month or quarter
- Percentage of revenue lost to churn  each month or quarter

## Churn - Member Count

This report includes the following data per month over the selected time period:

- Number of members at the start of each month
- Number of members lost each month
- Number of new members each month
- Churn rate each month

## Churn - Member Details

This report includes the following data per month over the selected time period:

- Name and email of members who churned each month
- Total number of members who churned each month
- Name and email of customers with new contracts each month
- Total number of customers with new contracts each month
- Number of new members each month

## Churn - Paying Member Count

          Paying members includes:

          

- The paying customer of a team who pays for one or more contracts for their team with merged billing
- Any member of the team who pays for one or more contracts if the team has individual billing

**Customers who are part of a team and only have free contracts are excluded from this report.**

This report includes the following data per month over the selected time period:

- Number of paying members of a team at the start of each month
- Number of paying members of a team lost each month
- Number of new paying members of a team each month
- Churn rate each month

## Churn - Paying Member Details

          Paying members includes:

          

- The paying customer of a team who pays for one or more contracts for their team with merged billing
- Any member of the team who pays for one or more contracts if the team has individual billing

**Customers who are part of a team and only have free contracts are excluded from this report.**

This report includes the following data per month over the selected time period:

- Name and email of paying members in teams who churned each month
- Total number of paying members in teams who churned each month
- Name and email of paying members in teams with new contracts each month
- Total number of paying members in teams with new contracts each month
- Number of new paying members in teams each month
