# Configuring Signup Forms

You can control which sections and fields are included in the signup form on your Members Portal and which sections customers have access to on their profile.

All sections and fields are visible on the Admin Panel by default.

All form fields can be **optional**, **required** or **hidden** altogether. You can tweak each field's visibility individually.

## Personal details forms

This section lets you control the following fields:

- Phone
- Mobile / Cell
- Gender
- Date of birth

The **Protect the sign-up form using Google Captcha** toggle also lets you include a reCAPTCHA at the end of the form to prevent spamming through your signup form.

## Contact details forms

This section lets you control the visibility of the following customer contact details:

- Address
- City
- State
- Postcode / zip
- Country
- Company name
- Tax / Company ID
- Website

You can choose to display or hide this section by enabling/disabling the **Show a contact details section in sign-up and profile forms** toggle.

## Billing details forms

This section lets you control the visibility of the following customer alternative billing details:

- Address
- City
- State
- Postcode / zip
- Billing email

You can choose to display or hide this section by enabling/disabling the **Show a billing details section in sign-up and profile forms** toggle.

## Profile details forms

This section lets you control the visibility of the following customer directory profile details:

- Photo
- Company name
- Industry
- Position
- Profile bio
- Skills

You can also let admins edit access card details for members of their team by enabling the **Let team administrators update access card details for their team members** toggle.
