# Converting Enquiries into Opportunities

Whenever a user completes your **Contact us** form on the {{variable.MembersPortal}}, it shows as an enquiry {{variable.OnTheAdminPanel}}. You can convert any of these enquiries into {{variable.opportunities}} in {{variable.Nexudus}}. Converting them into {{variable.opportunities}} lets you add them to any {{variable.CRMstage}} in just two clicks {{variable.OnTheAdminPanel}}.

1. {{snippet.FirstStepProcedure}}
2. Click on **Enquiries** in the navigation menu. 
3. Tick the checkbox next to every enquiry you want to add to a {{variable.CRMstage}}. 
4. Click **Add opportunity**. 
5. Select the {{variable.CRMstage}} where you want to add the {{variable.opportunities}}.  
6. Click **Yes, do it**.

The relevant {{variable.opportunities}} now appear in the selected {{variable.CRMstage}}.

Alternatively, you can convert a single enquiry into an {{variable.opportunity}} directly from the **Enquiries** list by clicking the three dots icon and then **Add opportunity**.
