# Copying an Email Template to all Locations

You can easily copy the edits you've made on an email template to the same template in every other location within your network.

---

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Go to [**Settings > Email template editor**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/emailEditor/templates).
3. Open and edit the relevant email template.
4. Click the **Save** button.
5. Click on **Copy to all locations**.

All set! This new version of the email template is now copied in every other location within your network.

You'll need to repeat the process every time you update your templates.
