# Copying Contracts

You can easily copy one or more customer contracts in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

Copying contracts is a **great way to manage renewals, upgrades, or downgrades as separate contracts** as customers renew their memberships.

It saves you time by retaining all details from the original contract and letting you tweak settings and details to match the new terms.

Copied contracts **include all the details of the original contract** and are inactive by default to give you time to edit their details.

If you want to **change terms while retaining the same contract**, we recommend you [upgrade or downgrade the contract instead](/v3/docs/upgrading-downgrading-contracts)

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Finance > Contracts**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/finance/coworkerContracts).
3. Tick the checkbox next to every contract you want to copy.
4. Click on the **Bulk actions button**.
5. Click on **Make a copy**.
6. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.
