Copying Events

Article summary

You can copy any of your existing events to quickly create multiple events with very similar settings.

For example, you host 2 weekly breakfast events, one for your members and one for everyone else. You can create an event with all the settings and information that both events share, copy the event, and then only tweak a few details on each event rather starting from scratch twice.

We automatically copy the following elements of the original event:

  • Event details
  • Event content
  • Publishing settings
  • RSVP settings
  • Event tickets — including details, pricing, and availability
We do not copy the following elements of the original event:
  • Event attendees
  • Waiting list attendees

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Tick the checkbox next to every event that you want to copy.

  3. Click Copy event in the Bulk actions menu.

  4. Click Yes, do it to confirm.


All done! The new event copies should appear in the list with Copy before each event's name to help you spot them at a glance.
