# Creating Booking Attendance Reminders for Teams

If your {{variable.customers}} would like to remind their {{variable.team}} members to book when they are expected in the office through their {{variable.team}}'s attendance dashboard. 

We send this notification to any team member if they haven't booked by 8{{variable.AM}} on the day before they are expected in the office based on their [team's attendance schedule](/v3/docs/team-attendance).

4. {{variable.TOGGLE_ON}} **Send a reminder to customers set to 'work from the office' the next day but with no bookings in the calendar for that day**.

All set! You can preview and tweak the notification {{variable.team}} members will receive if they forget to book by going to {{variable.EmailTemplateEditor_Link}}. From there you can edit the **Office attendance reminder** notification in all the relevant languages.
