# Creating Booking Attendance Reminders for Teams

If your customers would like to remind their team members to book when they are expected in the office through their team's attendance dashboard.

We send this notification to any team member if they haven't booked by 8AM on the day before they are expected in the office based on their [team's attendance schedule](/v3/docs/team-attendance).

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Bookings and calendar settings**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/2/3/0).
3. Click on the **Notifications** tab.
4. Toggle on **Send a reminder to customers set to 'work from the office' the next day but with no bookings in the calendar for that day**.
5. Click **Save settings**.

All set! You can preview and tweak the notification team members will receive if they forget to book by going to [**Settings > Email template editor**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/emailEditor/templates). From there you can edit the **Office attendance reminder** notification in all the relevant languages.

The notification template is the same for all teams, but you can use [notification tokens](/v3/docs/notifications-tokens) to personalize the message they receive.
