# Creating NexDelivery User Role

You can create a role dedicated to using NexDelivery in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

Creating a dediated role is helpful in scenarios where admins with [limited permissions](/docs/role-permissions-list) need to use the app to process customer deliveries.

          Full unrestricted admins don't need this role.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Roles**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/6/2/0).
3. Click on **Add role**.
4. **Name** the role.  

*We recommend naming it NexDelivery to make it easy to identify.*
5. Select all the admins who need this role under **Users in this role**.
6. Tick the **Dashboard** and **NexDelivery** checkboxes.
7. Click the **Save Changes** button.

All set! All the selected admins now have a role that lets them [use NexDelivery](/docs/setting-up-nexdelivery). You can [assign this role](/docs/assigning-roles-to-users) to additional admins at any point.
