Can I customize the members' sign-up form?

Yes, you can. You can add custom fields and add them to the different forms available on your Members Portal.

What dynamic tokens can I use on email templates?

In addition to the default fields that can be included directly from the graphic editor when you add a new template, the following fields are also available:‌

{fullname}

{salutation}

{accessPincode}

{keyFobNumber}

{cardNumber}

How can I edit the email templates that are sent from my Nexudus account?

To edit email templates that are automatically sent from your Nexudus account, you can go to Settings > Notifications > Templates > Open template files. You can edit the templates in all the supported languages and define them individually per location.

How can I give event participants access to the Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, you can automatically generate internet access tokens and include them in the event confirmation emails. Tokens are valid from 1 hour before the event starts up to an hour after the event ends.

Can I use different custom fields for members and teams?

No, at the moment you cannot separate custom fields for members or teams.
