# Imports

## What Are Imports? 
Data imports let you seamlessly build your {{variable.customer}} and inventory lists, alongside your sales history in {{variable.Nexudus}}, using data you already have. 

You can access the import tool via {{variable.Imports_Link}} on the {{variable.AdminPanel}}.

## How Imports Work

Data imports are a four-step process: 

**1. Download the relevant import {{variable.templates}} from the {{variable.AdminPanel}}**.
**2. Fill out your {{variable.templates}} with your data.**
**3. Format the data in your {{variable.templates}}.**
**4. Upload the {{variable.template}} to the {{variable.AdminPanel}}**.
