    Deactivating Discounts Codes

    You can deactivate discount codes via the Finance section of the Admin Panel. Deactivating your discount codes is an alternative to deleting them.

    Inactive discounts can't be used, but you get to keep their record and can reactivate them at any point.

    1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

    2. Click Finance > Discount Codes.

    3. Click on the discount code you want to deactivate.

    4. Disable the This discount is active toggle.

    5. Click the Save Changes button.

    Your discount code is now inactive. Customers and admins won't be able to use the discount until you reactivate it.
