Defining Invoice Decimal Places

Article summary

You can change the number of decimal places on your invoices through the Settings section of the Admin Panel.

Nexudus includes 2 decimal places on invoices by default, which is the standard for most currencies around the world. If your currency allows more or less decimal places, you can easily edit this number to match your currency's requirements.

Invoice decimal places also impact how you can price the items you sell via Nexudus.

For example, if your currency allows 2 decimal places, you can price an item at $25.99 but not $25.505.
If your currency allows 0 decimal places, you can price an item at ¥199 but not ¥199.9 or even ¥199.99.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Enable the amount rounding toggle.

  3. Define the number of decimal places to include on invoices.

Your number of decimal places must be between 0 and 5.
  1. Click Save settings.

Your new invoice decimal number is now live. Invoices you've already issued won't be impacted by your edit. All new invoices you issue will include the decimal places you've defined.
