# Deleting & Archiving Plans

## Deleting Plans

          You cannot delete plans once you've sold them to at least one customer.

          

This applies even if the customer's contract ended or was cancelled. You can [archive](/v3/docs/deleting-archiving-plans#archiving-plans) them instead. Archived plans remain in your account, but you won't be able to create new contracts based on them. They also won't be displayed on the Members Portal.

          

You cannot recover deleted records in Nexudus.

          

Consider [exporting](/v3/docs/exporting-plans) or [archiving](/v3/docs/deleting-archiving-plans#archiving-plans) your plans to keep a record in Nexudus.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click **Inventory > Plans**.
3. Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to delete.
4. Click **Delete** in the *Bulk Actions* menu.
5. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

The selected plans are now deleted.

## Archiving Plans

You can also archive plans instead of deleting them.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Go to [**Inventory > Plans**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/billing/tariffs).
3. Tick the checkbox next to every plan you want to archive.
4. Click **Archive xx records** in the *Bulk actions* menu.
5. Click **Yes** to confirm your action.

Your plans are now archived. You can find all your archived plans under the **Archived** option in the **Views** menu.
