# Deleting CRM Boards

You can delete any CRM board that you don't use from the Admin Panel.

          You cannot delete CRM boards that still have opportunities tagged as *In Progress*.

          

          

You cannot recover deleted records in Nexudus.

          

Consider [exporting CRM stages](/v3/docs/exporting-crm-stages) before deleting your CRM boards.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**CRM > CRM Boards**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/crmBoards).
3. Click **Select** at the bottom of the CRM boards you want to delete.
4. Click on the **Bulk actions** button and *Delete xx record(s)* in the *Bulk actions* menu.

📢 *A new pop-up appears, prompting you to type out DELETE to confirm your action.*

          Don't forget to use ALL CAPS.

          

The field is case-sensitive and typing it any other way will prevent you from deleting the records.
5. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

You've successfully deleted a CRM board.

          Couldn't delete your CRM board?

          

Your CRM board probably still has opportunities tagged as *In Progress*. Make sure you remove all opportunities and try deleting it again.

If you still can't delete your CRM board, simply add **DELETE** before their name and [contact support](https://help.nexudus.com/docs/contacting-support). Our team will delete them for you.
