# Detailed Pricing (Coworking)

The detailed pricing is available in Euro, US Dollar and British Pound.

All prices listed exclude VAT.

You can also get in touch with our sales team at [sales@nexudus.com](mailto:sales@nexudus.com) for detailed pricing in your currency.

          You can get a 21-day free trial via our [contact form](https://www.nexudus.com/contact/).

          

Once your trial ends, you'll automatically be charged based on the pricing detailed below. If you don't add payment details before the end of your trial, your account will automatically be suspended.

## Baseline Subscription Pricing

The baseline subscription is charged based on the exact number of active users in your account every month. If you manage a network, each location is calculated and invoiced individually.

## Apps Pricing

The table below details the pricing for each Nexudus app.

## Events Pricing

Free event tickets aren't charged.

If you decide to sell tickets, paid tickets are charged as follow:

- **€/$/£0,50** per ticket sold
- **1%** transaction fee on the total price of each ticket sold

## Features Pricing

**Nexudus Explore** is a free reporting and data analysis feature.

All prices exclude VAT.

**Nexudus Explore Pro** has a fixed **€/$/£100** charge and an additional **€/$/£25** charge per location in your network.

*For example, if you manage a network with three locations, you'll be charged €/$/£175 per month, regardless of the number of locations that effectively use the feature.*

## Integrations Pricing

The table below details the pricing of our paid integrations with third-party platforms.

          This pricing doesn't include what each providers will charge you to use their services.

## Payment Gateways Pricing

All direct debit payment providers are free of charge. The following card payment gateways are also free of charge:

- **PayPal Standard**
- **Peach Payments**
- **Razorpay**

All other card payment gateways are charged as follow:

- **€/$/£10** charge per month and per location
- **€/$/£0.04** charge per transaction

All prices exclude VAT.

## Support Packages

Email support is included in your baseline subscription at no additional cost and without any request cap.

**Standard training calls** with one of our support experts are charged ****€/$/£175** per hour**.

You can upgrade to our **Ask Me Anything (AMA) package** that includes 4 hours of call every month and costs ****€/$/£300** per month**.

All prices exclude VAT.

          The AMA package has a minimum subscription period of 3 months.

          

## Nexudus Academy

Nexudus academy is a great training resource to help your team make the most of Nexudus on a day-to-day basis.

The Academy works on a subscription basis starting at **€/$/£150 per month** for one location and **€/$/£25 per month** for each **additional location**.

All admins in the susbcribed locations have full and unlimited access to over 50 custom courses designed by an expert team of Nexudus training specialist.

          Nexudus Academy has a minimum subscription period of 3 months.

          

## Minor Customization Pricing

We strongly recommend you hire a developer to customize your Members Portal beyond what you can tweak via settings on the Admin Panel.

If you cannot find a suitable professional, we can help you with minor customization such as editing existing Members Portal pages or customizing the invoice template.

Minor customization requests are charged ****€/$/£175** (ex VAT) per hour**.
