# Disabling Plan Freezing

In the same way you can [allow plan freezing](/docs/allowing-contract-freezing) in a few seconds, you can reverse that choice at any time in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

          Plan freezing remains available to all admins who can edit contracts.

          

Freezing limits at the plan level only affects customers on the Members Portal.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Inventory > Plans**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/billing/tariffs).
3. Click on the relevant plan.
4. Click on the **Limits** tab.
5. Toggle off **Customers in this plan can freeze their plan from the portal or the app**.
6. Click the **Save Changes** button.

All set! Customers signed up to this plan will no longer be able to freeze their plan from the Members Portal. Repeat the process for every plan that should no longer let customers freeze their plan from the Members Portal.

          Contracts that are already frozen are not impacted by your changes to the plan's settings.

          

Admins can [unfreeze these plans](/docs/unfreezing-contracts-as-an-admin) if you want to fully remove that option.
