# Disabling Payment Methods

You can disable any payment method currently in use in your space.

          What happens when you disable a payment method

          

- That payment **option is removed from your Members Portal** to prevent customers from using it further.
- No new payment will be processed or attempted using that payment method.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Payments and currency > Payment methods**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/1/1/2).
3. Click on the payment method you want to disable.
4. Scroll down to **Payment method settings** and disable the **Enable** toggle.
5. Click the **Save Changes** button.
