# Disabling Two-factor Authentication

You can disable two-factor authentication in your admin account at any point.

You need access to your authenticator app to disable the feature.

Lost access to your authenticator app?

You can [contact support](https://help.nexudus.com/docs/contacting-support) and our team will disable the feature to let you log back in to your account.

---

1. Log in to the Admin Panel using your email and password.
2. Click on your account's icon in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on your name.
4. Click on **Disable two-factor authentication**.
5. Open the authenticator app on your phone.
6. Add the code displayed on the app to the empty field on the Admin Panel.
7. Click **Verify and disable**.

---

Two-factor identification is now disabled on your account. You can [enable it again](/v3/docs/enabling-two-factor-authentication) at any point.
