# Copying Floor Plans

You can copy any of your {{variable.floorplans}} in a few clicks {{variable.OnTheAdminPanel}}. 

Creating a floor plan and copying it is a great way to save yourself the hassle of building new floors from scratch more than once, especially when your floors have similar or identical layouts.

You can **select which elements to copy from the original {{variable.floorplan}}**, including: 
* *Furniture* 
* *Floor transitions*
* *Doors and windows*
* *Desks / offices*

If you **select none of the options**, we'll **only copy the walls** of your floor plan.

If you decide to copy desks and offices, the units are marked as **Available** by default in the copy.

:::(Info) (Both {{variable.floorplans}} work completely independently once you've created the copy.)
*If you add a new desk to the original {{variable.floorplan}} after copying it, the new desk is not added to the copy.*

2. {{variable.CLICK}} {{variable.FloorPlans_Link}}.
3. {{variable.CLICK_ON}} **Select** at the bottom of the {{variable.floorplan}} you want to copy.
4. {{variable.CLICK_ON}} the **Bulk actions** button.
5. {{variable.CLICK_ON}} **Copy {{variable.floorplan}}**. 
6. {{variable.TOGGLE_ON}} the elements and {{variable.floorplanitems}} you'd like to copy. 
* *Furniture* 
* *Floor transitions*
* *Doors and windows*
* *Desks / offices*

**If you keep all the options toggled off, we'll only copy the walls of your floor plan.**

All set! Your {{variable.floorplan}} copy now appears before the original {{variable.floorplan}} with **Copy of** before the original {{variable.floorplan}}'s name.

You can easily rename your new {{variable.floorplan}}  by clicking on the pencil icon.
