Editing Customer Details

You can edit customer details at any point from the Operations on the Admin Panel.

Edits are effective as soon as you save your changes.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Operations > Members and contacts.

  3. Click on the customer you want to edit.

  4. Edit the customer's details.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.


All set! Your edits are immediately implemented.

Can't edit the customer's details?

Try revoking their online access via the More actions menu before editing their details again. Don't forget to grant them online access again once you've saved your edits.
