# Editing Document Templates

You can edit any of your document templates from the Admin Panel. The way you edit your document templates depends on the output format you selected when creating the templates.

          Documents generated using the template prior to its editing will remain unchanged.

### Editing Microsoft Word Document Templates

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**CRM > Document templates**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/documentTemplates).
3. Click the document template you want to edit.
4. Click the **Launch Template Editor** button. *The template editor opens another tab in your browser. Your document can take a few seconds to load.*
5. Edit your document template as needed in the editor.
6. Once you're happy with your edits, click the **File** tab in the top left corner of the page and then click **Save**.

You've successfully edited your document template and you can close the Template Editor tab in your browser. Your edits will apply to all new documents generated using this template.

          Master table

          

The master table in the document should always be "Coworkers"

### Editing RTF and HTML Document Templates

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**CRM > Document templates**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/documentTemplates).
3. Click the document template you want to edit.
4. Edit your template document as needed in the **Document** field.
5. Click the **Save Changes** button.

You've successfully edited your document template and your edits will apply to all new documents generated using this template.
