# Editing Roles

You can edit any of your existing {{variable.user}} roles if you are a {{variable.fullunrestrictedadmin}} or have a user role that lets you edit roles.

3. Click on the role you want to edit. 

4. Edit the role as needed.

Your role is now updated. All {{variable.users}} assigned this role have their permissions updated instantly.
