Email Servers Settings

In the email server section you can:

  • Set the From name on outgoing emails
  • Set the Reply to email address when customers reply to one of your notifications
  • Enable a blind carbon copy (bcc) of every message to be sent to you or to a specified email address
We recommend you use the Nexudus servers to deliver emails (the default setting). However, you can use your own SMTP server, such as Gmail or Outlook.

Editing Email Notifications Settings

  1. In the side menu, click Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Communications and click Email Server.
  3. In the Email Notifications Settings section, make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Using Your Own Email Server

  1. In the side menu, click Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Communications and click Email Server.
  3. In the advanced email server settings section, set Use Nexudus servers to delivery email to NO. 
    Four text boxes are then displayed.
  4. Add the following information in the corresponding fields:
    SMTP server address
    SMTP port number
    SMTP server username
    SMTP server password
  5. Click Save Changes.
