What are Enquiries?

Enquiries are messages you receive when users fill out the Contact form on your Members Portal.


How Enquiries work

Whenever a user fills out the Contact form on your Members Portal, the form details are automatically posted on the Admin Panel. All admins with access to the Enquiries section are notified on the Admin Panel whenever a new contact form is posted by a user.


Admins can then open the enquiry, reply to the user via email and mark the message as read via the More actions menu.



Where can I find the Contact form on my Members Portal?

The link to your Contact form is in the footer of your Members Portal.


Can I send a message macro as a response to an enquiry?

No, you can only reply to the user via email.
