# Enquiries

## What are Enquiries?

Enquiries are messages you receive when users fill out the **Contact** form on your Members Portal.

## How Enquiries work

Whenever a user fills out the **Contact** form on your Members Portal, the form details are automatically posted on the Admin Panel. All admins with access to the **Enquiries** section are notified on the Admin Panel whenever a new contact form is posted by a user.

Admins can then open the enquiry, reply to the user via email and mark the message as read via the **More actions** menu.

### Where can I find the Contact form on my Members Portal?

The link to your **Contact** form is in the footer of your Members Portal.

### Can I send a message macro as a response to an enquiry?

No, you can only reply to the user via email.
