# Enquiring About Plans
{{variable.Customers_CAP}} can easily enquire about specific {{variable.plans}} to express their interest before signing up. They also have the option to request a tour with their plan enquiry.
## Enquiring about Plans
{{variable.Customers_CAP}} can express their interest in specific {{variable.plans}} by filling out a quick form on the {{variable.MembersPortal}}.

If you've customized your portal, the steps for your {{variable.customers}} may be different.

1. From the {{variable.MembersPortal}} home page, click on the **Memberships** tab.
2. {{variable.SELECT}} a {{variable.plan}} **kind**.
:::(Info) ({{variable.Plans_CAP}} are grouped by kinds in Version 5.)
If your space doesn't offer a specific kind of {{variable.plan}}, it won't be available as an option.

3. {{variable.SELECT}} your preferred **start date** for the {{variable.plan}} you're interested in.
4. {{variable.CLICK}} **Enquire**.
5. {{variable.ADD}} your **Full name**.
6. {{variable.ADD}} your **Email**.
7. Under **I'm signing up as a**, select your {{variable.customer}} type.

You can [disable this field](/v3/docs/customizing-the-default-sign-up-form){target=`_blank`} if you'd like all {{variable.customers}} to sign up as individuals from the {{variable.MembersPortal}}.

8. {{variable.SELECT}} if you'd like to request a tour.
10. {{variable.CLICK}} **Next**.
*If you chose to request a tour, you'll be taken to the [tour request form](/v3/docs/requesting-tours){target=`_blank`}.*
*If you didn't request a tour, you'll be taken to the confirmation page.*

All set! The {{variable.plan}} enquiry has been submitted.
Whenever a plan enquiry is submitted, you'll receive an email notification from {{variable.Nexudus}} with a link to the auto-generated {{variable.proposal}}.
You can also access the potential {{variable.customer}}'s contact information from their {{variable.customer}} record and reach out to discuss their interest. The potential {{variable.customer}} **won't hear anything from {{variable.Nexudus}}** until you reach out to them.
