Resumen del artículo

You should create a floor plan for each floor in your space. All you need to create a new floor plan is a floor plan image and an idea of how many people are allowed on each floor at all times.

Floor Plan Image Format & Dimensions

We recommend you use a JPEG/JPG or PNG image of your floor plan with a 1920x1080 pixel resolution.

You can use a higher resolution, but keep your floor plan image under 4000x4000 pixels to avoid unnecessarily long loading times.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Inventory > Floor plans.

  3. Click Add floor plan.

  4. Name your floor plan.

  5. Click Select file and select your floor plan image.

  6. Define 20% as your floor plan's background Scale.

You can always tweak this scale if your floor plan appears too zoomed in/out.
  1. Define a Capacity to limit the number of simultaneous bookings allowed on your floor.

1 Capacity unit = 1 customer / attendee / guest
If your floor plan Capacity is set to 10 and a customer books a resource adding 5 guests, your floor plan Capacity will drop to 4 for the duration of the booking.

  1. Click the Save Changes button.

Now that you've created your floor plan, you can start adding the different items to the plan to represent the different offices, desks, and rooms on your floor.
