Adding New Accounts

Once your reseller account is activated by our sales team, you can start creating new accounts for your customers. Each account represents a new customer with one or more locations in Nexudus.

  1. Go to dashboard.nexudus.com/resellers/resellerAccounts

  2. Click Add account.

  3. Complete the form with the new account's details.

All details are required fields.
  1. Click the Save Changes button.


Once you have created a customer account, you can access their account by clicking on the Access button.

Can't click on the Access button?

You still need to activate your reseller account. Get in touch with our team at sales@nexudus.com to confirm your reseller status.
