Booking for your team

You can make bookings for one or several members of your team as you would for yourself.
When booking resources for several team members, you can't add any guests.
The number of bookings you can make is limited by the available capacity of the resource.
Booking for a member of your team
You can make bookings for other people in your team just like you'd book for yourself on the Members Portal.
- Log into the Members Portal.
- Click Bookings.
- Apply filters to find the resource you need.
- Click on Book now to select the resource.
- Edit the booking date and time under Booking time.
- Tick the checkbox next to the member of the team you're Booking for.
- Select a unit manually if they want a specific unit instead of the auto-assigned unit.
- Add details of any Guests attending.
- Add any Additional services they need.
- Add any Discount code you want to apply.
- Click Confirm booking to review the booking in your basket.
- Click Continue to checkout and complete the booking.
All set! You've made a booking for a member of your team. They'll get a booking confirmation email. If your team uses merged billing, the team paying customer will be invoiced for the booking.
You can see and update bookings you've made for others using the Team dashboard.
Each member of the team can see and update bookings made for them from the Bookings tab under My activity on their account.
Booking for several members of your team
You can book resources for several members of your team if:
- Your team admin gave you permission to book for the team
- Your team uses merged billing
When booking for several team members, you can't add any guests at checkout, but can edit the booking once it's confirmed to add a guest by updating their individual booking.
- Log into the Members Portal.
- Click Bookings.
- Apply filters to find the resource you need.
- Click on Book now to select the resource.
- Edit the booking date and time under Booking time.
- Tick the checkbox next to all the team members you're Booking for.
- Select a unit manually if you want a specific unit for each team member instead of the auto-assigned units.
- Add any Additional services you want for each team member.
- Add any Discount code you want to apply.
- Click Confirm booking to review the booking in your basket.
- Click Continue to checkout and complete your booking.
All set! You've made a booking for several members of your team. They'll each get a booking confirmation email and the team paying customer will be invoiced for the booking.
You can see and update bookings you've made for others using the Team dashboard.
