How do I receive my payments?

Nexudus sends you a payout every month that compiles all the commissions earned from your account. This payout is just a reference to let you know how much you should invoice Nexudus every month. Learn more about payout invoicing with our article on Receiving Reseller Payments.

Do you offer some type of training for resellers?

We do! We offer a free training course to every reseller signing up us. The courses are tailored to your tier and designed to help you understand everything about the platform as quickly as possible. Just contact support and start training in no time.

Can I upgrade to a different reseller tier?

Absolutely! Just get in touch with us at sales@nexudus.com and we'll help you transition to the next tier.
