Event ticket settings let you control how customers can view, purchase, and cancel event tickets.

Setting Location Details
Enable the events and tickets section Settings > Modules > Events This setting enables the events and tickets section on the Members Portal and Passport app. If you disable this setting, admins can still access the events module on the Admin Panel.
Include an internet access code in each ticket confirmation email. Settings > Modules > Events Enable this setting to automatically send an internet access code to customers in their event ticket confirmation email.
Send a reminder to event attendees 24 hours before the event starts Settings > Modules > Events Enable to this setting to automatically send an email reminder to customers who've purchased an event ticket 24 hours before the event.
Events calendar feed (iCal) Settings > Modules > Events Enabling this setting will display published events on your Members Portal's iCal feed.
Allow customers to cancel event tickets Settings > Sign-up and checkout > Checkout > Tickets Enabling this setting allows customers to cancel event tickets from the Members Portal and Passport app.
Automatically cancel unpaid tickets purchased by contacts. Settings > Sign-up and checkout > Checkout > Tickets This is a deprecated setting. Contacts can no longer purchase event tickets from the Members Portal or Passport app without paying upfront.
Invoice event buyer instead of their team paying customer. Settings > Sign-up and checkout > Checkout > Tickets For customers who are part of teams with merged invoicing, enabling this setting will invoice the customer who buys the ticket instead of the team-paying customer.
